Meet Julia

I always loved art from a young age. Instead of sports, I chose art clubs and camps. My favorite activity was completing coloring pages. I continued to take art classes throughout high school and college, but it was never my main focus. I ended up earning a degree in Finance and Mathematics from the University of Maine and went to work in Portland. A few years later, I went back to school to earn my Masters degree in Education and taught First Grade until I had my son, Parker.

Being home with him allowed me to have more time to paint. I was creating whimsical pieces for his nursery and eventually was painting something every day. From there, I created stationery, started selling wholesale, took on commissions, and started creating custom wedding stationery.
